A task is a core action that a driver takes, and is either a pick-up or delivery, performed at a destination. Only once a task is completed it is counted towards the overall task count as part of your plan.

You can change your plan at any time within the CanFleet platform. Your new plan will start at the beginning of the next bill cycle.

No. The Starter plan is limited for businesses just getting started with their delivery operations. If more drivers are required, you can change to the Standard plan.
