Join Breadstack Solutions as an Implementation Specialist , a role that is a vital first point of contact in the post-sales stage for our North American B2B clients. Based in Vietnam, you’ll be the go-to person for solving problems, guiding clients through the onboarding process, and continually seeking ways to add value to their businesses using Breadstack’s innovative solutions. We’re looking for someone who can educate clients on the use of our products so that they are able to achieve their business goals, has an interest in learning about the North American market, and has a talent for nurturing client relationships while expanding our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Client Relationship:
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with North American clients, serving as their primary contact.
- Efficiently guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our offerings.
- Regularly review and analyze customer accounts and usage to identify potential for upselling, cross-selling, and improvement.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Leverage sales skills to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the North American market.
- Negotiate and close deals, aligning with company policies and client needs.
- Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
- Proactively collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and service effectiveness.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs.
- Develop strategies to enhance overall customer experience, reduce churn, and foster loyalty.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Regularly report on account status, including challenges, successes, and opportunities, to internal stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM software and data analytics tools to track and analyze customer interactions and sales trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, with a strong emphasis on sales, preferably involving the North American market.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with North American business culture.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within an account management context.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts to align with North American business hours (8 hours/day, starting flexibly between 8am – 10am PST; 8am PST ~ 10 or 11pm VNT (varies with seasons))
- Available to work in Pacific Standard or Eastern Standard time zones
