We are looking for a talented Graphic & Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually engaging digital assets that align with our brand identity and support marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in crafting user-friendly web designs, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and other marketing materials to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing graphics for web, social media, digital ads, and internal communications materials.
- Create and optimize landing pages and web assets that align with our marketing strategies.
- Ensure all design elements are consistent with the company’s branding and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative concepts and campaign materials.
- Work closely with developers to implement web design solutions that enhance user experience (UX/UI).
- Design infographics, presentations, and other promotional materials for marketing initiatives.
- Develop internal design materials, including newsletters, event materials, and employee engagement content.
- Optimize images and graphics for web performance and mobile responsiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to improve creative output.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Web & Graphic Design, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Have UX/UI understanding and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Available to work from 2pm to 10 pm (VNT).
