Job description

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive (6-Month Contract) to join our team in Hanoi. This role will help ensure smooth HR and office operations, support our people, and contribute to maintaining an engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support payroll preparation and coordinate with accounting when needed.
  • Assist in implementing HR programs such as employee engagement, training, and performance review.
  • Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide administrative support including office supplies, facilities, and logistics.
  • Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain HR documents and reports accurately and on time.
  • Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment for all staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Familiarity with HR tools such as 1Office and experience using Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
