As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the development and launch of new client websites, ensuring they are effectively integrated with our SaaS platform. This role requires a blend of project coordination and account management skills. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and the Implementation Specialist to manage project timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure a successful website launch that maximizes client conversion and engagement. The Implementation Specialist will focus on the configuration and product adoption of our integrated SaaS platform, while you will handle the coordination and execution of the website project. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Using Trello for task management and Confluence for documentation, you will keep projects organized and on track while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Work with customer success, product, design, and development teams, to estimate work, allocate resources, and manage project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, and identify dependencies and critical paths.
  • Track project progress using Trello and Confluence, ensuring adherence to plans and budgets.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and clients, managing expectations and addressing any issues.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery, proactively resolving issues.
  • Work with the business development team to define and scope new client engagements, and seek opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Contribute to refining project management practices within Breadstack Technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role focused on web and e-commerce projects (i.e. Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify).
  • Proven track record of successful project coordination involving multiple departments.
  • Strong understanding of web development and e-commerce processes.
  • Experience using Trello for task management and Confluence for documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels (email, video calls, Slack).
  • Positive attitude and energy that aligns with our company culture.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, improving skills, and staying updated on the latest project management techniques.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and quality control.
  • Able to work comfortably in ambiguity and can bring clarity.
  • Knowledge of website/e-commerce usability, conversion optimization, analytics, email marketing and search engine optimization is not required but is an asset.
