At Breadstack Solutions, we’re not just seeking an experienced Sales development candidate; we’re on the hunt for the top 1% – individuals who are exceptionally driven, have a stellar track record in outbound business development, and have an unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations. The ideal SDR will have impeccable communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with entrepreneurs and top-tier executives, pose insightful discovery questions, present our offerings, and confidently handle any objections. The primary goal? Schedule demos for our Account Executive team, paving the way for new business deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outreach initiatives, including cold and warm approaches, to create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
- Leverage our extensive CRM database and social media platforms to engage with potential leads.
- Innovate and design your outreach strategies and funnels to attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to nurture leads from marketing campaigns.
- Provide valuable feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to enhance the Breadstack platform.
- Participate in daily growth discussions and frequent inter-departmental meetings.
- Manage and maintain sales pipelines using Zoho CRM ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of inbound/outbound B2B sales development experience.
- 6+ months of high-volume cold calling experience (100+ dials per day).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Exceptionally strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in working out of a CRM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a startup/SaaS company.
- Experience collaborating with teams across various disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with our tech stack: ZoHo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace, Gong.
